Lane Commercial Equipment Company's full-service technicians are factory-trained and refrigeration certified. On-going training is conducted throughout the year to keep our skills up to date
and our management team reviews each technician's performance on a weekly basis.
Dispatchers keep in touch with field technicians at all times. Our staff of professionally trained technicians are on-call to assist over the phone and after hours when necessary.
We are able to respond to your service call within 24 hours 92% of the time. Our "first-time fix" rate is 96%.
